We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on working days before 7 p.m. within 2-5 working days. However, we do not always succeed in achieving this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. On the product page there is an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
Shipping is always at your own risk. Would you like insured shipping? That is possible! Shipping is insured at an additional cost of € 3.00. Place your order and email [email protected] for insured shipping compensation.
The prices quoted are exclusive of shipping costs.
The shipping costs within the Netherlands are € 7.65.
The shipping costs for Belgium, France and Germany are € 13.
Delivery takes place via the postman or package delivery from Post NL. In general, delivery will take place on a workday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the moment of delivery.
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not like it or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order anyway. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home to Nature Deco are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately €13,- per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right you can contact us via [email protected] or 00316-52645314. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, then we can pass on the value reduction of the product to you. Treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged on a return.
